Taaa Daaa! I finished the custom order cake I mentioned a couple weeks ago when I was working on my daughter's water polo cake. I am very relieved that I met my deadline and that it incorporates different aspects of baseball. Hope the dirty base isn't too much. One of my sister's roommates requested a birthday cake that reflects his love for the New York Yankees.
Hope he thinks I hit it out of the park. A birthday cake is no time to strike out.Well, have a happy weekend. I plan on relaxing, to the best of a mom's ability, that is;)

And where do you come up with all these ideas for cakes.. Man I really need to start baking, and if it doesn't come out perfect I can give it to my friends to eat...
